Our group workshops are designed to give students the opportunity to play with others in a band situation. All workshops are professionally coached by an instructor that is also an experienced performer.
Material may range from oldies to blues, alternative to Top 40, depending on the ability and preference of the players and the teacher. Some workshops will have specific themes, i.e. "The British Invasion," "Southern Sounds," "Motown Music," etc.
Each workshop is 60 minutes per week for 16 weeks with a public performance at the end of each session at various venues. Students are allowed to join the class anytime, space permitting.
Students may learn 4 to 6 or more songs during each 16-week session.
Class size is limited. All students must audition to determine the "best-fit" class for them. If the class is already full, the student can be put on a waiting list for either the next 3-month session or, if there are enough students, we may open another class.
